We ship anywhere within the continental United States (48 contiguous states, not Alaska and Hawaii). All of our domestic shipments are shipped by an established common-carrier such as Roadway. Additional delivery services such as RUSH, inside delivery, lift gate, and residential delivery (truck to door) are also available. Please call or e-mail us for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and for our return address. NO ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Items must be returned in their original cartons in same condition as shipped from our warehouse. Return freight must be prepaid for a return to be accepted. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges. Extra outgoing delivery services such as inside delivery, or quick-ship are not refundable. Returned orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise ordered for resale is not returnable. Returns will not be granted for damage during shipping. If the box has severe damage on arrival please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately so that we can alert shipper and expedite shipment of your new unit. Cancellations Bargain Office Equipment reserves the right to cancel an order for merchandise that is advertised in error, is unexpectedly out of stock, does not conform to specifications, or was shipped in error. Additionally, Bargain Office Equipment reserves the right to cancel any order that was posted to the site in error or has errors contained within the product descriptions, including pricing. Once an order has been placed, the customer cannot cancel it unless the shipment is delayed beyond the represented one-to-three week shipping time. If the ordered product(s) do not ship within the represented time, Bargain Office Equipment will honor any request for cancellation received prior to the actual shipment of the product(s). Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%, in addition to applicable transaction, shipping, and insurance fees.
